Delivery Costs

£5.99 Postage and Packaging (Economy Only)

For UK mainland orders only (excluding the highlands of Scotland).  Other areas charged at cost.

Wherever possible we aim to reduce carriage costs of small quantities (e.g under 30 Book Wallets) by sending by Royal Mail. Please fill in the enquiry form with details of the products required and we will quote the relevant carriage costs, alternatively proceed to the check-out and click ‘Payment by invoice, Credit Account holders only’ and we will amend the carriage if applicable.

Delivery Time

The economy service is 2-3 working days with DPD.

Our manufacturing is done in house and here at KPC we pride ourselves on a fast turnaround and if in stock, we aim to dispatch the products within two days. If there is a delay in dispatch we will notify you immediately.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if the product is not suitable or there is a problem please call 01422 384812 or e-mail info@kpc-ltd.com within 5 working days and we will be happy to accept returns or exchange provided the product is in the same condition as purchased.

Post and packaging costs are non-refundable and are at your expense.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products which have been made to order, such as our special book wallets or cut sheets.
